The CEO’S Unplanned Heir novel (Aurelia and Leopold)

Chapter 50

Chapter 50

Aurelia offered a slight smile. “If I’m not mistaken, you’re preparing a statement to declare me as the

real designer of the ‘Whisper‘ series, aren’t you?”

Leopold was sharp as a tack, incredibly clever, with suspicions already forming in his mind.

The ‘Whisper‘ series has been out for some time now. No need to worry about it affecting sales

anymore.

Take advantage of the Paris exhibition, put her in the spotlight, get her name out there, the timing was

perfect, it’s nothing but beneficial.

Leopold extended his hand, gently patting her head. She had got a quick mind indeed.

“Your cleverness is quite impressive when used for good.”

Aurelia pulled a face at him. Her path had always been straight and narrow. She was always moving

forward, never straying!

“Actually, I have a plan B.”

She spoke softly, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. “The thing about me is, I always have a

backup plan, especially for important matters, just to ensure nothing goes wrong.”

Leopold’s lips twitched into a smile, a glint of indescribable pride flashing in his eyes.

She was a mastermind indeed, and her cleverness was not in vain!

At the exhibition center, a massive advertisement from Astral Enterprises served as the opening act of

the jewelry show, catching everyone’s attention.

In the quiet night, a barefoot girl gracefully approached, as divine as Aphrodite descending from Mount

Olympus, pure and dreamy, soft and foggy.

She stepped into a mystical dreamland, where dazzling jewels shimmered in the mist.

The voice–over echoed. “These jewels are embodiments of night elves, each hiding unique and

mysterious codes. Find the codes, and you can unlock their past and present.”

Leopold watched the girl on screen intently, his dark icy eyes flickering under the lights, deep and

unfathomable.

At the end of the commercial, a three–legged bunny hopped over to the girl’s feet.

Its fourth leg was mechanical.

A jolt ran through him. His fiery gaze suddenly turned cold, as if swept by an unexpected chill.

“Aurelia is beautiful, isn’t she?” A deep voice sounded from the side..

He turned his head to see Arnold, his gaze growing darker.

“Just an ordinary girl.”

“Really?” Arnold raised an eyebrow. “So, she’s not your type?”

A chilling glint flashed across Leopold’s eyes. “You’re overthinking.”

Arnold’s lips curled into a subtle and cunning smile. “Maybe, you do have a fiancée, after all, If you fall

for

another wornan, it would surely stir up a storm in the Stirling family. Your cousin would throw a fit. I’m

lucky because I can freely pursue anyone I fancy.”

As the pooke Lecould’s law tightened

He certainly–understood the insinuations in Arnold’s words..

Just then, Elowen rushed over, her lips pouting in annoyance.

Aurelia was the center of attention. With everyone showering her with praises, she was almost dizzy

with

rage.

A country bumpkin, an ugly duckling, yet she was being compared to an Eastern goddess? Ridiculous!

She was the true beauty.

Seeing Amold, she complained, “Arnold, why did you make Aurelia look so beautiful in the ad?” She

should’ve been portrayed as a hideous witch.

Arnold chuckled, “She’s naturally beautiful, and especially photogenic. Anyone would make her look

stunning.”

His words only fueled Elowen’s rage. “She’s nowhere near me, not even worth a single finger of mine.”

Amold smirked, “You two have different styles. She’s not your rival, what’s there to be jealous of?”

Elowen wasn’t satisfied. She’d marked Aurelia as her enemy and wouldn’t rest until she’d crushed her.

She glanced at Leopold, a sly smile on her face. “I almost forgot, that woman wants to be my sister–in–

law! She’s at the show, taking pictures with the models. You should go find her.” Original from NôvelDrama.Org.

“We’re just good friends, don’t joke about it,” Arnold said, walking towards the show, a teasing smile on

his lips.

Elowen snorted. Looking at Leopold, she deliberately said, “I think Arnold just wants to mess around

with Aurelia. What do you think?”

The muscles around Leopold’s mouth tightened, his eyes frosty. “That’s none of my business.”

He squeezed out a few words through clenched teeth and walked away.

Once he got into his car, he sent Aurelia a message on WhatsApp: [Return to the hotel immediately!]

After a moment, he added: [Meeting]
