Chapter 62
The Billionaire’s Ex-Wife (Her Ex-Husband’s Regret) Chapter 62
Kayden.
I stare down at Cassie, with her hair disheveled, and her eyes dark with with desire, and I cannot seem to control myself. I have to have her. I have to have her now!
“Please… fc*k me!” It’s not a command, but a plea.
I land on top of her, and in one swift motion, I am enter her, spearing her with my rock hard member.
“**uck!” I curse.
I have never felt this much lust for anyone in my entire life. Just this woman. From the moment I first laid eyes on her, until today, it’s been the same. She makes me feel desire that I can barely control.
I ask her for a chance. A chance to get it right. I want her to feel what it could have been between us. I want her to see that we have a future together.
I know that she thinks that these next few days of the storm is all we have. And she gave me a chance to make up for all the days I treated her like crap. But I’m not giving up on her just yet. Especially now, that I get to have her like this. These memories will haunt me for the rest of my life. And I won’t stop. Not after the storm. Not after we are rescued.
Cassie is mine! In this lifetime, and all the lifetimes after this.
Ipound on her mercilessly. “Oh, my god, Kayden!”
“You like it like this, love?” I lean forward, nuzzling her neck, sucking at her skin to give her a love mark.
“Yes! Harder!”
“Yes, ma’am,” I comply.
I grit my teeth as I thrust into her again and again. The sight of her face, her eyes glazed with lust, and her gasps of pleasure are like fuel firing my already raging desire for her.
Her arms wrap around my neck, pulling me closer. My lips devour hers, as my c*ck continue its assault on her weeping
p*ssy.
Her body shudders beneath mine, and I know she is almost at her breaking point, her climax just within reach. And I want to be the one to take her there, to push her over the edge and beyond in a way only I can.
The rain continues to beat against the windows, creating a rhythm that mimics the one between Cassie’s hips and mine. Her breaths come faster, her nails digging into my back as she surrenders to the pleasure.
Every thrust, every gasp, every whispered word of reverence is etched into my memories. I am lost in the depths of this woman’s eyes, in the curve of her lips, in the softness of her skin And I know that this is more than just lust. I am hopelessly in love with this woman. I fell in love with her as a child, when she saved me from drowning. I fell in love with her again when I met her the very first night we slept together. And I never stopped loving her ever since.
“Kayden, I’m…” she gasps.
“Yes, my love, cum for me,” I grunt, holding on to my own release.
She screams, her body trembling violently beneath me.

“Kayden, Kayden! Öhiniged!” she screams, arching her back as her nails dig through the skin on my back. “Harder! Don’t stop!”
I do as she asks, thrusting into her with a renewed fervor. The sounds of our bodies slapping together fill the air, her moans and screams mixing with the sound of the storm outside. Her p*ssy grips my c*ck like a vice as her orgasm rips through her body.
“Kayden!”
I lean forward to kiss her, swallowing her moans as I keep the pace of my thrusts, making sure her pleasure is complete before I release my own.
Once she comes down from the high, I give her one final thrust, letting go of the release I have been holding on to.
“Aaargh!” I moan as intense pleasure rips through my body. “F*ck! Cassie!” I spill my seed into her.
It takes me a few moments to recover from the high. I push myself up so I can look at her face. Her eyes are only half-open as she stares back at me, tired, spent and fully contented.
“I love you,” I whisper. I know she doesn’t feel the same way. But I don’t care. Today is just the beginning. I will do everything I can to make her fall for me again.
The rain continues to patter against the windows, providing the perfect backdrop for our lovemaking. I pull out of her, my c*ck glistening with her juices and my own release.
I rest on the couch, gathering her in my arms. I trace the curve of her hip with my finger, feeling the warmth of her skin against mine. Her breath is steady now, and her heartbeat is strong and steady against my chest.
I watch her sleep peacefully, holding her closer, wishing this storm will never come to an end.
When I open my eyes again, I am alone in the couch. can smell something cooking in the kitchen.
“Yes, Attorney,” I can hear Cassie speaking on the phone. “Remember our deal. I agree to take over King’s Court for one primary reason. You promised that there are some members of the my family who will be willing to do a test if they are a match for
my son.”
I keep my eyes closed. I do not move nor make a sound, as I eavesdrop on Cassie’s phone conversation.
“Please don’t tell me that no one else aside from Alberte is willing to test if they are a match for Kai.” I can hear the tears in her voice.
She’s looking for a match for Kai? For what?
Is Kai sick?
“Well, I’m running out of time! Tell them that if none of them goes for testing, they can kiss their shares at King’s Court goodbye!”
I hear her slamming her phone on the kitchen table. I do not move. I keep pretending to be asleep. I hear her whimpering. Each sob cuts through my heart like a knife.
Something tells me that it’s serious. Kai is very sick. And now, I realize her motivation for taking over King’s Court. It isn’t about revenge. It’s not about what she will gain out of it financially.
She’s doing it for her son. And she’s getting desperate.

Slowly, I stir. I stretch my arms, pretending that I just woke up, giving her time to compose herself.
I sit up from the couch. “Cassie?” I call out to her.
She turns around to face me, pasting a smile on her face, which I know is fake.
“Hey!” she says in a chirpy voice. “Hungry? I’reheated the breakfast that you cooked.” I remember we barely ate breakfast. I ambushed her breakfast by making love to her instead.
I stand up from the couch and walk over to her. She turns her back on me as she makes coffee. She may have a smile on her beautiful face, but I know that there is a turmoil inside her, and she’s just pretending to be strong.
I stand behind her, snaking my arms around her waist. I spin her around so she can face me.
“Good morning,” I smile at her. Then I lean forward to lock her in my embrace. I know she badly needed someone to hold her now.
“Kayden…” she whispers weakly.Content rights belong to NôvelDrama.Org.
“Just let me hold you for a while,” I whisper against her ear. “I just want some reassurance that you’re here with me. You’re not going anywhere.”
I bury my face in her hair, inhaling the sweet scent of her. I feel her slowly wrapping her arms around my waist. “I’m not going anywhere.” She heaves a deep sigh.
We stand there for a few moments, until I hear her stomach growling.
I laugh as I pull away from her. “Ooops! I’m sorry I hijacked our breakfast.”
“Well, it was worth it!” I see a blush creep through her cheek.
We have our breakfast like a normal newly-wed on their honeymoon. Cassie’s giggles and smiles may have fooled anyone, but not me. I can tell that her smile does not touch her eyes. And in my own way, I want nothing more than help ease her pain.
After breakfast, I excuse myself to go to the bathroom, while Cassie volunteers to clear up the dishes.
Once safely inside the bathroom, I run the showers to mask any sound.
Then I dial a number.
“Hello,” my old friend, Maxwell, says on the other line.
“I have something urgent that I need you to dig into.”
“When have you called me and you don’t have a dirty secret you don’t want me to dig into?”
“Yeah, now that you mentioned it, almost never.””
“Our relationship is pretty sad, ain’t it?” he chuckles. “So, yes, boss. Which skeleton in the closet do you want me to get my hands into?”
“I want you to find out everything you can about Cassandra Carlisle’s son.”
“Ca… Cassandra, as in Cassie? The love of your life, Cassie? Your ex-wife, Cassie? The one you never got over, Cassie?”

“Maxwell… my patience is not unlimited, you know,” I growl.
He laughs. “Don’t I know that very well.”
“Do it subtly. And thoroughly. I want everything there is to know about her son. His name is Kai. He’s five years old, I think. I want school records, medical records. Everything.”
“Sir, yes, sir!”
