Lyceon - The dark lord

Chapter-31- His redemption

Her eyes widened and Lyceon's eyes flashed red feeling her hand touching his heart turning him scorching hot all over immediately. But his nerves calmed as His eyes turned to normal black after a few harsh breaths. Allison was astonished, she could feel his callous chiselled chest rumbling with something she couldn't decipher.

She blinked up at him and retreated her hand slowly but Lyceon didn't let her, He yanked her hand back and lifted her in the air by her waist before snuggling her to his chest and nuzzling her neck, smelling her intoxicating scent which sent his nerves on high. He sighed in bliss.

Whereas Allison hiccuped, she was almost crying In his death-like grip. She was stuck in his strong arms like a golden cage willing to imprison her forever. She whimpered seeing his absurd obsession with her. She feared him! His hands squeezed her hips as He whispered into her ear, "The second you attempt to steer from me, I will eradicate this living world to get you, Angel. You are my redemption. Nothing can separate you from me, not even Death." Allison stilled in his hold and He loosened his arms around her before setting her on the floor.

"Summon the council meeting in the morning." He barked his order turning to Aztec whom nobody spotted before as if He arrived just now.

Aztec bowed his head and walked out. Lyceon wrapped his arm around Allison before guiding her to exit before glaring up at Ashina.

"You better have a good fucking explanation!" He mind-linked her before rushing outside with Allison.NôvelDrama.Org copyrighted © content.

Ashina thinned her lips and pinched her eyes. She felt guilt kicking in her, she shouldn't have taken Allison there. Felicia accompanied her with their friends behind while walking out of the club. The chilly night has already crashed outside. Few members had already run the seconds Sirens invaded the place including the manager.

Orenze, who was wearing his pants after shifting back, picked up his phone from under the chair which was ringing wildly.

"Yes baby... Yeah...iam perfectly fine. Just getting home......" He ran past them into his car, fumbling with his car keys in the darkness.

"This was almost inevitable...." Felicia murmured to her friend.

"Like the big confrontation Iam going to have now." Ashina pursed her lips before groaning but their gazes were on the backs of two figures walking to the car.

They exchanged a glance and sighed in relief like they had earned the lottery.

.

"You do have the idea what shit can happen there, Ashina. Still you took her there when you know what she is. Explain your neglecting behaviour to me." Lyceon boomed and demanded answers inside the waterproof walls of his office room in the mansion where nobody was accessed except Aztec and her.

Ashina cleared her throat, averting her gaze. She was shitting inside knowing her brother's outrage. Whereas Aztec, sitting on the chair next to her, was staring at her and giving her a, 'I told you, now take it,' look.

"I didn't think they would attack today and too at Black Panther." Ashina started defending herself though she didn't really think that they could strike the club today when she took Allison there for the first time. "And I hadn't any idea about the Siren twins....." Lyceon banged on the table hard before pushing back the chair.

"You hadn't fucking idea that sirens or whatever fuckers could have hurt Allison?" He roared in his alpha tone. Ashina instantly cowered back feeling him seething in anger. Though she was his sister but his authoritative position and command have a strong effect on everyone. Even Aztec, his best friend, was startled and worried for Ashina.

"If something had happened to her, I would have fucking turned......"

"Lyceon...." Aztec tried to calm him and stood as well. Ashina had her head down cursing her carelessness.

"Ashina was unaware even we were too when for the past few months they didn't attack near our territory so it might have slipped out of her mind that this kind of danger could lurk around. But in the end we all are safe." Aztec reasoned. He knew his friend was hell worried for Her and He had all the reasons to. Lyceon clenched his jaws hard. He was not angry at her for going to the club as much as He was by knowing that she had endangered the life of Allison. "And who the fuck told you to roam around in that city?" Lyceon growled, now suppressing his anger. He was one possessive and protective brother for her.

"I am sorry." She apologised for everything. Indeed, she thought about what if Allison got hurt by those monsters. No, she didn't want to think about that. Her brother would end the world if that sort of thing would ever happen. "Your apology can't change anything. I had given the responsibility of her to you and Aztec. If you can't do it properly then step back. And...... " Lyceon neared her. Ashina knew her brother loved her to the moon but sometimes He can be an asshole as well if someone messes up.

He caressed the fading cut on her forehead, sighing. The wound would heal in an hour or so as she had the Lycan blood in her veins.

".. You are not going anywhere alone and without any reason until I tell you so."

Now that pissed her badly. One thing she hated was being grounded in the kingdom. Her brother always ordered her whenever they faced dangerous situations. He only had her in the name of blood family and He can't show her as weakness to his enemies in case they get hold of her.

"This is ridiculous." she screeched out propelling him to give her a challenging look to defy him. He levelled his eyes on her. She groaned before storming out.

"She would peel off the warriors now." Aztec chuckled. Everyone knows when the princess gets aggravated she vents her frustration out by fighting off with the best warriors in the kingdom Inducing them into the training ground and mind you she was one hella-fighting badass princess.

"Did you convey my message to the 'Spiral of spirits' to come?" Lyceon asked Aztec before taking his seat.

"I did. And the Alpha of the crescent moon pack too. They all will be there tomorrow." Aztec informed him. Lyceon nodded. It was an emergency call to them to solve the riddle which these creatures had been creating for years. Their attacks have been turning unpredictable and over the limit.

He had to get together all the important parties to convince them and take action.

"What do you think, would they come together in this?" Aztec asked him.

"They have to!" Lyceon said curtly dismissing him. His feet finally carried him to his ultimate destination where He was aching to go since He came back. His heart was soaring with the passing seconds to see her, touch her and love her but He needed to set boundaries for the sake of himself and Her.
